Lead .NET Developer

SoftForYou creates specialized IT solutions for the pharmaceutical industry since 2008. They build systems used by pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacy chains, and business teams for sales analysis, reporting, data management, and process automation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including as a lead.
• Experience in backend development with .NET and frontend with Angular, React.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Experience in designing application architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience monitoring and managing production environments.
• Experience working with AI.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of desktop application development (WinForms).

• 50-70% engagement in hands-on programming and team management.
• Development and implementation of the technology strategy for the team.
• Monitoring and maintaining the production environment.
• Collaboration with Product Owner on project management.
