Backend Developer (Python) - B2B Cooperation

MindPal offers projects across education, energy, and other technology-driven sectors. The role involves long-term B2B cooperation with terms agreed between parties. Hybrid cooperation may require occasional in-person coordination in Gliwice.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial backend development experience.
• Solid experience in Python and practical knowledge of a Python backend framework.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, relational databases, and software design.
• Familiarity with Git and Docker.
• Ability to solve technical problems independently within an agreed scope.
• English and Polish language skills at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with EdTech or education-related products.
• Experience with AI integrations, automation, or data processing.

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations in Python.
• Design business logic, data models, and database solutions.
• Improve performance, reliability, and security.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical consultations, and architecture discussions.
