System Analyst (Banking)

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development, including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Higher education in relevant fields such as IT, mathematics, or economics.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation.
• Practical skills in requirements elicitation, structuring, and modeling.
• Understanding of IT technologies including API, databases, and system architectures.
• Experience in business modeling using use cases and prototyping.
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with stakeholders.
• English language proficiency enabling communication in speech and writing.

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking sector projects.
• Familiarity with Sparx Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, or draw.io.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with AI tools supporting analysis.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

• Conduct feasibility analyses and assess business and technical solutions.
• Gather, agree on, and analyze business requirements.
• Create specifications for functional and non-functional requirements and ensure their quality.
• Model business processes using BPMN.
• Design use cases and sequence diagrams in UML notation.
• Prepare technical specifications for IT solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to refine requirements and agree on solutions.
• Work hybrid with 1 day in the Warsaw office per week.
