BlueSoft is a company with over 20 years of experience in the IT market, developing projects for well-known clients, leaders in their industries. The position is for the IT Chapter – Platforma Zarządzania Procesami Biznesowymi project, supporting the development of the Digital Product Center platform used for processing banking products in digital channels. The team size is approximately 5–10 people working with Agile methodologies.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining commercial production applications.
- Very good knowledge of Java, experience with Java 11 or newer.
- Practical experience with Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of the HTTP protocol and inter-application communication.
- Experience working with transactional databases from the application perspective.
- Knowledge of Maven or Gradle.
- Basic understanding of security aspects including PKI, symmetric and asymmetric encryption, TLS, and JWT tokens.
- Experience with Git tools and software development support tools such as GitLab, Docker, IntelliJ IDEA, and Jenkins or equivalents.
- Higher education degree.
- English language skills sufficient for written technical communication.

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement and develop business processes using Camunda BPMN.
- Design and develop microservices and system integrations.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases.
- Create secure, scalable, and efficient solutions.
- Participate in technical analysis, architectural decisions, and code reviews.
- Ensure code quality through unit and integration tests.
- Collaborate with project teams, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of CI/CD processes and automation.
