Product Owner

Pirxey is a company with over 100 experienced programmers with 5-10 years of software development experience. The company works primarily remotely with fast-growing, ambitious brands from abroad such as the USA and Israel, acting not only as a Software House but also as a partner and advisor in product building. They emphasize working in short, dynamic iterations, proactive communication, and a 'make sense policy' focused on delivering real value to clients, users, or their own development.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or business analyst in IT projects.
• Proficiency in SaaS product knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in ClickUp and Figma tools.
• Clear and effective communication with team and clients.
• High self-reliance and responsibility for the project.
• Good organization and priority management in a changing project environment.
• Fluent English (minimum C1), able to conduct meetings, negotiate scope, and write documentation.
• Basic understanding of web stack technologies for team communication context.

Nice to have:

• Experience in SaaS environment and proficiency in metrics influencing product decisions.
• Ability to define product development direction aligned with client business goals.
• Pre-sales support experience including scope definition, estimation, and preparation of client materials.
• Knowledge of UX/UI practices in requirement definition.
• Experience working with distributed teams and clients in different time zones.

• Lead workshops with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Build and maintain backlog and roadmap, including prioritization, release definitions, deadline negotiations, and client expectation management.
• Ensure tasks are ready for development by defining acceptance criteria, boundary conditions, and complex mechanics.
• Prepare User Flow, User Journey, Use Cases, and interface documentation.
• Receive and product-verify functionalities delivered by the team before client handover or production deployment.
• Identify and report product and scope risks before they become problems.
• Utilize AI tools daily for drafting requirements, acceptance criteria, prototyping, and documentation analysis.
• Use ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack daily; comment on designs and collect feedback in Figma.
• Understand basic web stack context (React/TypeScript, Node, Python, PostgreSQL) for communication with the team.
