IT Analyst

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis, software testing, QA, or similar technical roles.
• Practical knowledge of Camunda BPM, including standards BPMN 2.0 and DMN.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP API and data formats JSON/XML.
• Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Proficiency in SQL for verifying data and process results.
• Ability to analyze logs and diagnose process and integration issues.
• Knowledge of UML, User Stories, and technical documentation standards.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects related to banking, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of online product sales processes, especially customer onboarding, KYC, scoring, and contract agreements.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Groovy, especially for scripting in Camunda.
• Experience with Camunda Cockpit and process monitoring.
• Familiarity with Kibana or Splunk.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect or other UML modeling tools.

• Model and develop business processes using BPMN 2.0 and DMN in Camunda Modeler.
• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into process flows and technical specifications.
• Analyze and document integrations between Camunda, front-end applications, and core banking systems.
• Prepare specifications and scenarios for REST/SOAP API, including data mapping.
• Design and perform functional, integration, and E2E tests.
• Verify process logic, error handling, retry mechanisms, and communication correctness between systems.
• Prepare and validate test data using SQL and analyze messages in JSON/XML formats.
• Analyze logs and monitor processes in Camunda Cockpit, Kibana, or Splunk to identify errors and anomalies.
• Create UML sequence diagrams, User Stories, and technical documentation for development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Support problem diagnosis and root cause analysis during testing and system operation.
