• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing mobile applications, including enterprise solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin, especially Coroutines and Flow.
• Practical experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform.
• Proficient with the Jetpack Compose ecosystem and applying MVVM and MVI architectural patterns in complex mobile projects.
• Experience building scalable and testable solutions using dependency management tools such as Koin or Hilt.
• Knowledge of networking technologies including Ktor and Retrofit.
• Use of testing frameworks JUnit and MockK and designing testable architectures.
• Proficient with Git, Gradle, and software development lifecycle processes.
• Active use of AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor to assist software development.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and understanding DevOps practices supporting modern software delivery.
• Ability to share knowledge, support team development, and make architectural decisions impacting the organization.

Nice to have:

• Experience with dependency injection frameworks Koin and Hilt (level 3 proficiency).

• Designing and developing enterprise architecture for strategic mobile banking applications using Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform.
• Creating and implementing standards for sharing business logic between Android and iOS platforms considering banking security requirements.
• Defining technological development directions, preparing architectural documentation, ADRs, and reference patterns.
• Supporting and mentoring Android and iOS development teams on architectural and engineering best practices.
• Participating in corporate architecture management processes and collaborating with key stakeholders on technological decisions.
• Optimizing performance of shared modules, managing application memory, and integrating shared layers with native solutions.
• Implementing modern quality standards and supporting teams in effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Ensuring architectural consistency, high code quality, and alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborating with product, architecture, and technology teams on strategic initiatives for the bank.
