• At least 7+ years of commercial experience with Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle database technologies including performance tuning and schema design.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing modern cloud-native architectures and legacy systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including Compute, Networking, Storage, Application Gateway, and Cache for Redis.
• Event streaming and messaging experience with Kafka and traditional messaging systems like IBM MQ.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes for container deployment and management.
• Experience with WebLogic Server for enterprise Java applications deployment and management.
• Expert knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence technical teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent English at C1 level is mandatory.

• Lead design and development of end-to-end architectural solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms to solve complex business problems.
• Design and oversee integration of diverse systems including legacy platforms like WebLogic and IBM MQ and modern cloud services.
• Champion Domain-Driven Design principles for modular and maintainable solutions.
• Drive adoption and optimal use of Microsoft Azure services including Application Gateway and Redis.
• Design and implement event streaming solutions using Kafka.
• Leverage Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices management.
• Define performance and scalability requirements and ensure architectural compliance.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation including specifications and technical standards.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and developers.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
