Data Engineer (Google Cloud / BigQuery)

People More is a technology company working on projects from scratch including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile for a wide client base nationally and internationally. They collaborate directly with clients and partners on various projects worldwide.

• Proven experience designing and building data warehouses and strong knowledge of data modeling concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery, including table partitioning, data clustering, and query/cost optimization.
• Strong SQL expertise with complex analytical query optimization.
• Experience designing scalable, high-performance ELT processes.
• Practical experience with Apache Airflow.
• Experience working with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Very good English and Polish language skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD processes for data platforms.
• Python programming skills for data processing and automation.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data warehouses and data models.
• Build and optimize scalable ELT pipelines processing large volumes of data.
• Design and develop solutions leveraging Google BigQuery.
• Optimize data processing performance and query costs.
• Orchestrate data workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Leverage modern AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
