Manual Tester (Lublin)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and application lifecycle.
• Ability to design and perform functional, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end tests.
• Competence in creating test cases and scenarios, bug reporting, and working with project documentation.
• Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and Xray.
• Ability to analyze business, functional, and system documentation.
• Capability to identify, document, and assess the impact of defects on business processes and end users.
• Experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS as well as web services on various devices and browsers.
• Understanding of digital accessibility (WCAG) and tools like NVDA, WAVE, VoiceOver, TalkBack.
• Ability to analyze application logs and error messages.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in projects related to banking, payments, e-commerce, or other digital customer services.

• Plan, prepare, and execute manual tests for web services, mobile applications, and electronic banking solutions.
• Analyze business, functional, and technical documentation for test scenario and case preparation.
• Develop, update, and maintain test documentation including test scenarios, cases, execution reports, summaries, and recommendations.
• Perform functional, regression, non-functional, and exploratory testing.
• Verify end-to-end processes covering full user paths in digital banking channels.
• Test mobile applications on iOS and Android across various OS versions and devices.
• Test web services using supported browsers and devices.
• Verify UI presentation correctness and UX compliance.
• Conduct digital accessibility testing particularly for WCAG compliance and relevant banking regulations.
• Record, classify, report, and verify defect resolution using agreed test and issue management tools.
• Collaborate closely with business, analytics, design, and development teams to clarify requirements and handle detected discrepancies.

Nice to have:

• Experience with microservice architecture and tools such as Figma and Adobe.
• Knowledge of internet and mobile banking.
• Experience testing solutions for the financial sector.

Location: Lublin, Poland; Work mode: Hybrid (office meetings once per week in Lublin).
