Equity Trading Analyst

This role is within the banking industry, focused on translating business strategies into IT solutions, based in Poland with hybrid work mode.

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in API development, Data Mapping, and Process Modelling.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and user interface prototyping.
• Familiarity with architecture diagrams, such as sequence diagrams.
• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.
• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders including architects and developers.
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.
• Ensure requirements traceability during end-to-end development.
• Document requirements including use cases and focus on quality improvement.
• Support testers and developers in the team.
• Verify developed solutions through test results.
• Provide insights on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Location: Poland - Gdańsk (with options for Tricity, Warsaw, and Lodz). Work model: hybrid - consultant is expected to be in the office 3 days a week. Required language: English. Assignment type: B2B, 12 months + prolongations. Start date: ASAP.
