AI Architect

Antal is a leading recruitment and HR advisory company, present in Poland since 1996 and later expanded to the Czech Republic and Hungary. Across the CEE region, they employ around 150 professionals delivering specialist and executive recruitment, employee outsourcing, HR consulting, employer branding, and market research services.

• Strong experience in AI architecture and hands-on AI engineering.
• Advanced practical experience with Claude and Claude Code.
• Solid understanding of agent design, context management, and tool integration.
• Proven experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
• Strong software engineering background and knowledge of modern delivery practices.
• Experience designing or implementing spec-driven development approaches.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, security, governance, and operational risks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with OpenSpec, GitHub Spec Kit, AzForge, or similar specification tooling.
• Experience with multi-agent architectures and orchestration frameworks.
• Defining AI engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience working within enterprise or regulated environments.

• Design AI architectures, agent workflows, and supporting engineering tooling.
• Define use of Claude, Claude Code, MCP, and specification tooling across software delivery.
• Assess business use cases and recommend effective AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with repositories, documentation, ticketing systems, and delivery pipelines.
• Establish standards for reliability, security, governance, and AI evaluation.
• Create reusable technical patterns, best practices, and implementation guidance.
• Provide technical leadership and support adoption across engineering teams.
