Colliers International is a leading commercial real estate services company, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers and investors on a local, national and international basis. Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), lease administration, real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.

• 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Practical experience delivering within Kanban or Scrum workflows.
• Professional English and Polish proficiency (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
• Solid proficiency in Apex and knowledge of platform constraints and limits.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow and data modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce security model (Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles, OWD).
• Experience with Salesforce development tooling and integrations, including Salesforce CLI (SF CLI) and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata, and Tooling APIs).
• Hands-on ticketing experience (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer, Platform Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications.
• Exposure to modern DevOps and CI/CD practices, including Gitflow workflow, Bitbucket Pipelines, and version control best practices.
• Background in commercial real estate or professional B2B services.

• Build, test, and deploy clean Apex and LWC code and maintain legacy Visualforce Pages within a Kanban framework.
• Design robust, maintainable flows and validation rules following architectural best practices.
• Review pull requests and participate in architectural decision-making.
• Resolve L2/L3 tickets via ServiceNow/Jira, conduct root cause analysis, and troubleshoot exceptions and integration errors.
• Manage user access, security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules), custom objects, fields, and report/dashboard creation.
• Support REST/SOAP API integrations and participate in release deployments.
• Partner with business users to refine requirements and provide enablement to boost self-sufficiency.
