Wymagania
- Minimum of 7 years professional experience developing production applications in the .NET ecosystem, including front-end development preferably with React
- Strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent issues in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in C# and Web API development including building and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient backend services
- Extensive experience in database design and advanced SQL skills with SQL Server, including T-SQL scripting, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Comprehensive experience with DevOps activities such as continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient resolution of complex technical challenges

- Implement solutions following best Design Patterns
- Analyze requirements to fully understand solutions and recommend improvements
- Lead UI changes and improvements to enhance overall user experience and application stability
- Actively participate in DevOps automation and improve continuous integration lifecycle
- Manage changes through the Service management lifecycle
- Participate in software architecture design
- Develop and work on application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
