Frontend Developer (Nuxt / Vue.js / TypeScript)

sun.store is Europe's leading B2B marketplace for photovoltaic products. The platform serves installers, distributors and wholesalers across Europe for buying and selling solar panels, inverters, and batteries. Complementary services include logistics, financing (sun.finance), and market intelligence (PV.index). The frontend integrates these services into a multilingual platform used daily by professional buyers and sellers.

• 3+ years of commercial frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Vue 3, Composition API, and TypeScript with strict type checking.
• Production experience with Nuxt 3 or Nuxt 4, including SSR, hydration, route rules, and Nitro server-side logic.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of web performance and technical SEO.
• Experience building complex interfaces with Pinia.
• Ability to work independently and make technical decisions.
• Good English communication skills; Polish not required.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Vuetify 3 and Nuxt UI.
• PWA or mobile application development.
• Experience with Algolia, InstantSearch, and autocomplete.
• Internationalisation (i18n) in multilingual apps.
• Experience with Playwright and Vitest.
• Real-time interfaces using WebSockets or Pusher.
• Rich-text editors like Tiptap or ProseMirror.
• Experience with Vercel deployments and Sentry.
• Marketplace, e-commerce, or B2B platform experience.

• Build and evolve the Nuxt 4 / Vue 3 application including offer listings, search, negotiation chat, checkout, and dashboards.
• Own frontend performance and technical SEO including SSR, Core Web Vitals, bundle size, image optimisation, sitemaps and structured data.
• Deliver features for a B2B marketplace.
• Build and maintain real-time features with Pusher, Algolia search, and data-intensive tables and charts.
• Improve code quality and developer experience by introducing unit testing alongside Playwright E2E suite.
• Collaborate with designer, Laravel backend team, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technology choices.
