Senior .NET Developer

4human develops TQM Enterprise, a large quality management platform for regulated organizations, built on C# modernized to .NET 9 and ASP .NET Core, with SQL Server backend and containerized workloads.

• 5+ years of professional C# development experience
• Strong production experience with ASP .NET Core and modern .NET
• Experience working with large, modular applications and improving them incrementally
• Core skills in modern C# with .NET 9 and ASP .NET Core
• SQL Server design, indexing and performance tuning
• Experience with NHibernate or similar mature ORM and willingness to learn NHibernate
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and OpenAPI/Swagger contracts
• Automated testing experience with MSTest, Moq or similar
• Experience with Docker and container-based development
• Understanding of layered architecture and SOLID principles

Additional technical skills:

• Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging
• Use of Redis for distributed caching and session storage
• Knowledge of SignalR or comparable real-time communication
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect integration
• Experience with Entity Framework Core for focused services
• Experience modernizing established .NET applications without disruptive rewrites

Nice to have:

• Experience running and troubleshooting containerized .NET apps on AWS or Kubernetes, familiarity with Helm and GitOps delivery like FluxCD
• Application observability: structured logging, metrics, tracing, health checks, diagnostics
• Knowledge of ASP .NET Core MVC/Razor and frontend frameworks like Knockout and jQuery
• Experience with event-driven integration patterns
• Understanding of security in organization-scoped SaaS: authorization, data separation, privacy
• Domain knowledge of quality, HSE, or regulated audit-driven environments

The position is remote work but often requires meeting in the office 2-3 times a month. Ideal candidate should be located in Tricity or nearby.
