Wymagania
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience in AI, data, or digital transformation, including senior or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of defining AI strategies and achieving measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies: ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, with technical depth to assess feasibility.
- Experience building or leading AI Centers of Excellence, AI programs, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Experience leading workshops and facilitating strategic discussions.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills in English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client workshops, onboarding, and on-site engagements.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Tools knowledge: Confluence, GitHub, Jira, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders, shaping AI usage for business value.
- Define and own AI strategy and roadmaps, including vision, prioritization, investment, and expected ROI.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities across business functions.
- Build and scale AI Centers of Excellence, operating models, and capability-building programs.
- Translate business goals into AI initiatives; collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure production and results.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies like Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLMs, assessing their strategic impact.
- Drive AI adoption and change management through training, communication, and building AI literacy.
- Contribute to business development by shaping proposals, discovery engagements, and long-term client relationships.
