Lab Engineering Manager

Intel Technology Poland Sp zoo is a company involved in lab operations, engineering, and facility maintenance, focusing on developing Intel technologies with an emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years experience in lab operations, engineering, or facility maintenance, or a Master's degree with 4 years experience, or a PhD with 2 years experience.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, lab equipment engineering, and vendor relations.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and safety standards within lab environments.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage operational budgets effectively.

• Directs a lab operations team and oversees lab processes such as equipment engineering, inventory control, purchasing, and facility maintenance.
• Defines goals, supports improvement of lab technologies, evaluates internal tools and processes continuously, and drives fixes to improve productivity.
• Translates customer requirements into lab strategies and processes for cost-effective processing and development of Intel technologies.
• Reviews equipment specifications and manages vendor relations.
• Allocates benches and test equipment based on project schedules and plans test equipment budgets.
• Maintains safety and regulatory compliance related to the lab environment.
• Manages training of lab technicians and engineers and ensures lab procedures are followed.
• Develops and implements processes to improve quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Plans and directs lab activities to meet schedules, standards, and budgets.
• Resolves problems with lab customers, quality assurance, and engineering teams.
• Promotes good relationships and collaboration with internal lab customers and suppliers.
• Enables teams through goal setting, accountability, and performance management.
• Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, and ensuring a productive work environment.
