Senior Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within global, agile IT services or consulting environments
• Deep expertise in business analysis frameworks (e.g., BABOK), elicitation, traceability, and modeling including BPMN, UML, Jira, and Visio
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams across various projects, including web/backend delivery and automation
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills with English proficiency at B2 or higher
• Structured, data-driven approach to solving complex enterprise challenges
• Hands-on or theoretical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, and AI validation

Nice to have:

• UiPath expertise with certifications or hands-on experience
• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma
• Interest in exploring AI trends, tools, and methodologies
• Knowledge of process engineering

• Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects, eliciting and translating business needs into functional specifications
• Act as the primary consultant to client stakeholders, including facilitating high-stakes workshops
• Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows involving humans, RPA, or AI-driven processes
• Drive use case discovery and engineer requirements for intelligent solutions such as GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
• Expand expertise through advanced training and professional certifications in emerging AI technologies
