Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis within global, agile IT services or consulting environments
- Deep expertise in business analysis frameworks (e.g., BABOK), advanced elicitation, traceability, and modeling with tools such as BPMN, UML, Jira, and Visio
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams across various project types including web/backend delivery and automation
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Structured, data-driven approach to complex enterprise challenges
- Hands-on experience or deep theoretical knowledge of Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, and AI validation
Nice to have:
- Foundational certifications or hands-on experience with UiPath (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate)
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma
- Active interest in AI trends, emerging tools, and modern development methodologies
- Knowledge of process engineering
Obowiązki
- Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects, eliciting, prioritizing, and translating ambiguous business needs into functional specifications
- Advise client stakeholders including C-level executives, facilitate workshops, and manage competing priorities
- Collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows involving human, RPA, or AI-driven processes
- Drive use case discovery and engineer requirements for intelligent solutions such as Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
- Continuously expand expertise in emerging AI technologies through training and certifications
