Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis within global, agile IT services or consulting environments
- Deep expertise in business analysis frameworks (e.g., BABOK), advanced elicitation, traceability, and modeling techniques including BPMN, UML, Jira, and Visio
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams across diverse projects, including automation
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills; English proficiency minimum B2
- Structured, data-driven problem-solving mindset for complex enterprise challenges
- Hands-on experience or deep theoretical knowledge of Generative AI, foundational architectures like LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, and AI validation
Nice to have:
- Foundational certifications or hands-on experience with UiPath (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate)
- Experience with Figma or similar prototyping tools
- Active interest in cutting-edge AI trends and modern development methodologies
- Knowledge of Process Engineering
Obowiązki
- Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects, eliciting, prioritizing, and translating business needs into functional specifications
- Act as the primary consultant to client stakeholders (up to C-level), facilitating workshops and managing priorities
- Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows (human, RPA, or AI-driven)
- Drive use case discovery and engineer requirements for intelligent solutions such as Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures
- Expand expertise in emerging AI technologies via training and certifications
