Specjalista ds. Bezpieczeństwa Informacji (M/K)

GLS Poland is a logistics company delivering shipments in Poland for over 25 years. The team engages in social responsibility projects such as Szlachetna Paczka and Business Run.

• Higher education, preferably in technical fields such as Security or IT
• Interest in IT Security including risk management with at least 2 years of experience in IT Security
• Willingness for continuous development, openness, independence, and readiness for intensive learning under supervision
• Knowledge of typical IT environment components (e.g. Active Directory, Firewall, LAN/WAN, communication protocols, CIA mechanisms) enabling effective communication with IT department
• Analytical thinking and skills in preparing written communications and short publications
• Very good command of English, spoken and written, mandatory due to daily cooperation with foreign colleagues
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Communication skills and ability to build long-term positive relationships
• Industry certificates or experience in Security Consulting are an advantage

• Supporting the Information Security team on projects related to communication, training, reports, compliance, incident response, and BCP plan development and testing
• Participating actively in preparing communications, graphics, and communication plans related to cybersecurity
• Observing and identifying security-related issues in various aspects
• Supervising and reporting on the implementation of security initiatives
• Resolving security-related problems using available tools and information sources
• Collaborating with other teams including foreign ones from GLS Group to continuously improve security processes
