Ekspert/ka UX

IT Factory is a dynamic company with experience in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a significant Polish company in the insurance and financial industry.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for web or mobile applications
• Knowledge of tools Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, including creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Ability to apply Design System and Nielsen heuristics (usability and consistency principles)
• Experience planning and conducting usability tests before and after functionality deployment
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data (verifying process intuitiveness, identifying drop-off points)
• Experience collaborating with development teams and testers, including defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design solutions
• Knowledge of the English language

Nice to have:

• Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Google Analytics)
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Designing microinteractions and animations
• Knowledge of Design Thinking methods and conducting stakeholder workshops
• Experience designing mobile applications and developing Design Systems

• Designing user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications
• Creating mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes of new functionalities
• Developing and maintaining information architecture for digital solutions
• Designing interfaces according to UX/UI standards and organization's visual identity
• Preparing and maintaining components and libraries in the Design System (Digital Style Guide)
• Analyzing user needs and recommending improvements in digital channels
• Conducting usability testing and analyzing test results and user feedback
• Collaborating with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders
• Verifying compliance of implemented functionalities with mockups and design assumptions
• Participating in application testing and supporting solution acceptance processes
• Ensuring consistency of user experiences across applications and digital channels
• Analyzing market trends and competitor solutions, implementing UX/UI best practices
• Preparing graphic materials supporting application development and promotion, including materials for mobile stores
• Supporting initiatives developing sales and customer self-service channels
