IT Project Manager with Spanish

Comarch EDI is a cloud-based B2B platform enabling dynamic exchange of commercial and financial documents across more than 60 countries. The platform supports sending and receiving various electronic documents such as orders, order confirmations, shipment advices, invoices, and corrective invoices in multiple file formats, designed for full legal compliance.

• Higher education in technical, IT, or economic fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Knowledge and experience in Electronic Data Interchange or e-invoicing process automation projects is a plus.
• Very good command of English and Spanish languages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeliness.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, requirements analysis, system design, and IT system delivery.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Ability to create business and technical requirements, monitor project progress, manage time effectively, and build relationships within the organization and with clients.
• Communication skills, independence, systematics, engagement, and responsibility for decisions made.
• Willingness to undertake business travel.
• Additional advantage: training and/or certifications in project management areas such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMI, ITIL, AgilePM, SCRUM.

• Supervise and coordinate implementation projects of electronic document interchange (EDI) systems.
• Communicate with clients at various project stages to ensure adherence to project assumptions.
• Analyze business requirements and design IT solutions, coordinating work between business departments and technical/product teams.
• Organize and conduct meetings with clients and internal teams to gather detailed requirements and present functionalities.
• Manage key project parameters including scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Report work effectiveness and present results to stakeholders.
• Build lasting business relationships with clients and maintain internal team cooperation.
• Actively support the team in resolving ongoing technical and organizational issues.
