Product Manager

Synerise is a technology company delivering an all-in-one AI-enhanced behavioral data platform used in over 30 markets across industries such as Retail, Banking, eCommerce, Automotive, Insurance, and Telco. They are also developing BaseModel, a foundation model for behavioral data aimed at enterprise Data Science teams, focusing on AI innovation.

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS delivering measurable business impact from concept to launch.
• Accountability for end-to-end product features or capabilities including decision-making, shipping, and lessons learned.
• Fluent knowledge of the agentic stack including AI agents, MCP servers, and connectors to tools and data.
• Technical fluency including ability to understand API documentation, data models, queries, and prototyping with AI tools.
• Data-driven decision-making with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and adjust course accordingly.
• Prioritize product judgment over process and know what aspects to cut.
• Clear communication skills in Polish (C2) and English (C1) with engineers and clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Synerise or similar platforms involving behavioral data, personalization, customer data, or marketing automation.
• Background in e-commerce, retail, banking, or telco industries.
• Hands-on experience building or shipping AI products.
• Product management experience in B2B software with capability to handle larger scopes.

• Own one of the key product areas or cross-functional features on the Synerise platform.
• Engage in onboarding across the entire product, working with current PMs, participating in releases, client requests, and planning.
• Take increasing responsibility for operational work and product scope based on demonstrated experience.
• Report to the Head of Product and collaborate directly with engineering leads, designers, data scientists, and implementation teams.
• Communicate directly with clients and users without intermediaries.
• Document decisions concisely with decision records.
• Ship products on a platform used by enterprise clients, with results measured promptly.
• Utilize AI agents, skills, and MCP in daily work and product delivery.
