Documentation Engineer

AgileEngine is hiring a Senior Technical Writer to design and automate AI-driven software documentation for end users, developers, and system integrators.

• 4+ years of technical writing experience with expertise in software documentation (SaaS, cloud platforms, or developer-focused content).
• Deep familiarity with prompt engineering, designing effective prompts, configuring AI tools, and iterating based on output quality.
• Strong understanding of documentation architecture and information design with ability to analyze different documentation types and scalable design patterns.
• Technical comfort with APIs, event streaming, batch processing, system architecture, and data models.
• Proficiency with Markdown, YAML, Git, and version-controlled workflows; comfortable in code editors and command-line environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to write clear, user-centered documentation.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistency.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to advocate for improvements to documentation systems and workflows.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional product environments.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, English, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Upper-intermediate English level (B2).

Nice to have:

• Loyalty product, MarTech, or B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience with Redocly documentation framework for API references.

• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand documentation needs and user workflows.
• Design documentation architecture and automation patterns for end users, developers, and system integrators.
• Establish documentation standards and build governance and quality gates into the automation system.
• Build and refine prompt templates, style guides, and content models for consistent, high-quality documentation.
• Write, edit, and review documentation to validate automation output quality.
• Measure documentation impact using analytics and user feedback.
• Document all systems, configurations, prompts, and decision logic thoroughly to enable team maintenance and improvement.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
