Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Researcher or within a UX research department.
- Documented experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research on B2C products, with fintech, banking, investments, or multi-market mobile app experience as a strong plus.
- Proficiency in gathering qualitative data and quantitative data from analytics tools, including data triangulation.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and AI-driven research processes with practical daily use cases.
- Experience coordinating evaluative and exploratory research within a UX research team.
- Ability to create clear, systematic, and stakeholder-valued documentation such as reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Knowledge of calculating UX product metrics and KPIs.
- Capability to create research reports, analyze observations, draw actionable conclusions, and deliver practical recommendations.
- Commitment to optimizing workflows and refining research methods.
- Focus on problem-solving and achieving goals.
- Effective teamwork and strong collaboration skills.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
Obowiązki
- Preparing and implementing an effective research strategy.
- Collaborating with the research team and the Product Tech team through regular meetings and status syncs.
- Independently conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including summarizing and presenting findings using analytical, research, and reporting tools.
- Translating research insights into design initiatives.
- Setting up and maintaining the user research environment, including tools.
- Creating and maintaining a UX research repository.
- Regularly analyzing and reporting insights from customer feedback.
- Presenting research findings across the organization and maintaining ongoing communication with program teams regarding research.
