Payward, parent company of Kraken and other financial platforms, has built a modern global financial infrastructure platform to advance an open financial system.

• Portfolio demonstrating commitment to design quality, standards, and optimization.
• Keen understanding of how design integrates with code; familiarity with HTML and CSS essential.
• Experience with React and JSON is a plus but not required.
• Awareness of technical feasibility and performance optimization for web.
• Ability to design for progressive enhancement and graceful degradation.
• Proficient in UI/UX principles for consumer-facing websites aligned with marketing goals.
• Knowledge of information architecture to structure and organize web content.
• Adherence to W3C standards ensuring accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborative and open-minded approach with a focus on continuous learning.
• Proven history of successful collaborations with colleagues.

• Lead creation of web experiences and marketing pages driving customer engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, content specialists, and engineers to create high-quality experiences.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, insights, and technical constraints to produce data-informed outcomes.
• Take concepts from research through exploration, prototyping, to production.
• Participate actively in design reviews, providing and receiving meaningful feedback.
• Take full accountability for work with attention to detail.
• Contribute to defining and expanding design systems.
• Use data to drive brand strategy and product growth, creating presentations to share insights with executives.
