Zscaler Consultant

LinkGroup is hiring for a position focused on enterprise network and cloud security environments with an emphasis on Zscaler platforms and Zero Trust architecture.

• 3+ years supporting enterprise network security, secure access, or cloud security environments.
• Proven hands-on administration of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, proxies, firewalls, and Zero Trust Architecture principles.
• Experience operating in highly regulated, compliance-driven environments.
• Excellent technical writing, documentation, and English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, or Juniper security appliances.
• Networking knowledge in AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access policies, and hybrid identity.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

• Maintain and optimize Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) platforms.
• Configure access policies, application segments, URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection, Cloud Firewall rules, and DLP controls.
• Partner with endpoint teams (Intune, Jamf, Autopilot) to manage ZCC rollout and deploy ZPA App Connectors.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation tools to validate compliance and resolve security events.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Cloud, Network, and Infrastructure teams to enhance Zero Trust architecture and secure access.
