Senior Product Owner - Banking

The role is within a team responsible for the development of digital banking for companies in the financial sector.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital product development as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or delivering complex products for the financial sector.
• Practical product knowledge in payments, liquidity management, cards, etc.
• Ability to independently lead product processes from discovery to implementation.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and agree on priorities.
• Practical knowledge of API integrations.
• Knowledge of regulations related to payments and digital product security.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of product analytics.
• Knowledge of electronic banking integration with ERP or TMS systems.
• Experience in consulting or providing services to external clients.

• Conduct product discovery and delivery for corporate products available via electronic channels.
• Identify customer problems and needs and translate them into product development directions.
• Analyze data, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Formulate and test product hypotheses.
• Co-create and develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business goals.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance.
• Represent the customer perspective throughout product development stages.
• Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders.
