Senior UI/UX Designer

This role is focused on enhancing user experience for financial analysts using a web application that integrates sales and payment data. The position operates within the Transportation / Logistics industry and involves designing internal web applications specifically for business users.

• Strong professional experience designing internal web applications for business users.
• Experience defining user experience from research through developer handover.
• Ability to differentiate user needs from habits imposed by existing systems.
• Design experience focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills for presenting complex data.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience with user interviews and usability testing.
• Good knowledge of web accessibility.
• Effective communication of design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience creating and managing design systems.

• Experience in replacing enterprise software with more user-friendly applications.
• Experience designing financial or business-critical applications.
• Expertise in creating data-heavy interfaces with tables and filters.
