Senior Developer Power BI / MS Fabric

IT Factory is a dynamic company experienced in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a major Polish company in the insurance and financial sector.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or management reporting
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including semantic model design, DAX, Power Query, RLS, and Power BI Service
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Fabric components such as ETL, Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, Pipelines, and semantic models
• Proficient in SQL
• Knowledge of Git and basic DevOps practices supporting Power BI / Microsoft Fabric development and deployment
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders and management

Nice to have:

• Experience preparing reports and analyses for management
• Knowledge of R, Python, and Linux/Unix
• Experience using AI tools supporting analytics and reporting development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)

• Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
• Designing semantic models and data modeling using DAX and Power Query
• Designing Microsoft Fabric data layers including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, and Pipelines
• Automating reporting and data integration (ETL, API)
• Analyzing data and business processes to design reporting and analytical solutions
• Collaborating in defining reporting standards, business metrics, and data governance
• Participating in developing the architecture of Power BI / Microsoft Fabric reporting solutions
