IT Support Technician (f/m/d)

Awin is a company established in 2000, part of the Axel Springer group, emphasizing diversity and inclusion and operating a global IT support team based in Warsaw.

• Previous experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support roles, ideally in a multi-site or international environment.
• Troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS operating systems and common hardware/peripheral devices.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, preferably Jira, to log, prioritize, and resolve support requests.

• Provide first-line support and resolve common second-line issues within defined SLAs, escalating complex incidents to specialist teams.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support laptops (Windows & macOS), mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring timely equipment preparation and collection.
• Assist with IT asset tracking and inventory updates.

Nice to Have:

• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests using identity and access management tools.
