Cloud Architect (Senior) – sektor bankowy

Makeitright Sp. z o.o. is providing IT services for a client in the banking sector, focusing on Cloud Architecture within the Core Technology Architecture & Engineering area. The project involves designing and modernizing cloud platforms and migrating on-premise environments to the cloud.

• Experience as a Cloud Architect in a large corporate organization, preferably in the financial sector.
• Practical experience designing hybrid architectures including on-premise and at least two cloud providers.
• Expert knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of security, identity and access management (IAM), networking, encryption, and security policy management.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or AWS CDK.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment automation, and GitOps.
• Experience designing high availability, disaster recovery, and infrastructure resilience solutions.
• Knowledge of monitoring, reliability, and cloud cost optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing advanced AI platforms based on models like GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and implementing AI solutions in corporate environments.

• Designing scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud platforms.
• Supporting modernization strategy for infrastructure and applications.
• Participating in migration of on-premise environments to the cloud.
• Designing hybrid architecture covering multiple cloud providers and on-premise infrastructure.
• Developing solutions for security, identity management, networking, data, and business continuity.
• Collaborating with architecture, engineering, and technology teams to implement solutions aligned with corporate standards.
• Considering scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization (FinOps).
