The PwC Poland’s Workday team consists of 30+ specialists delivering advanced technology solutions, participating in HR and financial transformations, and creating innovative solutions including Workday Extended to support client needs in international projects.
Wymagania
- Experience as Workday Technical or Integration Consultant
- Background in HR Software as a Service implementation or HR/HCM technical team experience
- Solid knowledge and experience with Workday integration stack (connectors, EIB, Data Transformation, Workday Studio, Data Migration Methodology, Calculated Fields, PECI/WECI connectors, RaaS) preferred
- Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, CCTPP, Studio, Extend) preferred
- Knowledge of standard integration technology stack: XML, XSLT, JSON, basic Java, Web Services, SOAP, REST
- Demonstrated use of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work
- Flexible approach adapting style to work with small and large clients
Obowiązki
- Design and develop Workday integrations with close cooperation with clients and team members
- Analyze and document client requirements to determine integration patterns
- Engage with third-party vendors to create solutions
- Plan and lead design workshops with clients
- Ensure usage of appropriate Workday integration technology meeting timelines and quality needs
- Maintain partnership relations with clients based on trust, professionalism, and engagement
