Project Manager

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Manager or a similar role
• Experience managing teams, preferably distributed ones
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and/or classical methodologies (e.g., Waterfall)
• Practical knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Independence, responsibility, and decision-making ability
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

• Planning and managing projects at every stage of their life cycle
• Managing project teams including developers, designers, QA, and analysts
• Setting priorities, schedules, and budgets
• Monitoring progress, risks, dependencies, and responding to deviations
• Regular communication with stakeholders and clients: reporting, status meetings, expectation management
• Conducting team ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups)
• Continuously improving team processes and working methods
