Senior Java Software Engineer

Inter Cars S.A. is seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer to join their technology team working on innovative projects. The role involves developing and maintaining applications, optimizing code, and collaborating within a team using Agile methodologies. The position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model.

• Minimum 4-5 years of commercial programming experience.
• Proficient in Java 8+.
• Good knowledge of Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security).
• Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with asynchronous integrations (e.g., Kafka, Oracle AQ).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of unit testing tools (JUnit, Mockito).
• Experience in building microservices.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• English language skills at B2 level or higher.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications in Java using Cloud Native architecture.
• Create and maintain REST APIs.
• Collaborate within Agile and Scrum teams.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Optimize code performance and ensure high code quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement new features.
