Senior Platform Engineer - Infrastructure

RHAELM is the sovereign AI cloud designed to accelerate secure AI deployment at scale, combining power and infrastructure pipelines with global capability and local, in-country operations. Headquartered in London with deployments across Europe and APAC, it serves regulated and mission-critical sectors including Government, Defence, Healthcare, and Financial Services. The company is building a new team in Wrocław working on IT/AI infrastructure management projects, constructing operational infrastructure layers from scratch.

• Proven experience installing and administering Kubernetes clusters with network layer configuration, observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and day-to-day maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools including Helm, Kubectl, Kustomize, ArgoCD, Flux, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Advanced automation skills in Python and Bash for creating tools, scripts, batch processes, and deployment automation.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, including reusable components and self-hosted agent infrastructure.
• Proficiency with container and artifact registries such as Artifactory, Nexus, or Harbor, and knowledge of supply chain security principles including image scanning, dependency control, artifact signing, and provenance.
• Knowledge of OIDC/SSO integration, IdP solutions (Entra ID, Okta, Keycloak, Auth0), and secure secrets management in Kubernetes clusters (e.g., Hashicorp Vault).
• Understanding of software security processes and testing pyramid, implementing them in CI/CD pipelines and code review practices.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Design and build operational layers for AI and compute infrastructure including provisioning, cluster configuration, access management, secrets, and service lifecycle.
• Build and maintain core platform components such as Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, artifact registries, and identity and secrets management.
• Drive full-stack environment automation via Infrastructure as Code and streamline operational processes.
• Develop smart automations and integrations using Python and Bash for tasks like data migrations and synchronizations.
• Ensure end-to-end supply chain security, high deployment repeatability, and stable production environments.
