Dispatcher IT Specialist (Delivery Team)

emagine Polska is hiring a Blue Yonder Dispatcher Application Engineer to support clients in maintaining, enhancing, and deploying solutions within the Blue Yonder Dispatcher platform for IT and business teams.

• Proven experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher and Dispatcher WMS solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jaspersoft Reporting.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Merge Rules and RDT Rules.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, including performance tuning and complex scripting.
• Experience supporting application migrations across Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in large enterprise environments with governance and release processes.
• Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate with global teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Minimum 6-9 years of experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse management environments.
• Experience with multinational organizations and global delivery teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support and change management processes.
• Experience with Blue Yonder implementations in enterprise-scale operations.

• Design, develop, and maintain Jaspersoft reports for operational and business needs.
• Create, modify, and support Merge Rules and RDT Rules within Blue Yonder Dispatcher.
• Develop and optimize advanced PL/SQL scripts, procedures, functions, and packages.
• Provide technical support to business stakeholders and application users.
• Assist with migration of clients and solutions across Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Perform configuration, validation, testing, and troubleshooting during deployments.
• Ensure adherence to standards, security requirements, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with analysts, specialists, and development teams to meet business needs.
• Document technical solutions, deployment activities, and operational procedures.
• Support incident resolution and root-cause analysis related to Dispatcher applications and integrations.
