Wymagania
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementation and configuration
- Strong knowledge of at least two SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration scenarios
- Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts including demand sensing, statistical forecasting, MRP, and S&OP cycles
- Experience conducting client workshops and translating business requirements into functional designs
- Proficiency with Excel Add-in for SAP IBP and analytical planning views
- Fluent English (written and spoken) at B2 level
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP IBP for Response & Supply (IBP R&S)
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BW/4HANA
- Familiarity with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite for system integration
- SAP IBP certification
- Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks
- Background in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or life sciences industries
Obowiązki
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP IBP implementations from requirements gathering to go-live
- Configure and customize SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply & Inventory, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Control Tower
- Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to capture planning processes and translate them into SAP IBP solutions
- Design and implement planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or other middleware
- Support master data design and migration related to supply chain planning
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants
- Collaborate with architects and developers on custom enhancements and extensions
- Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials
- Participate in pre-sales activities including solution presentations and effort estimations
