IT Support & Automation Specialist

• Solid experience in L1 and L2 IT support, including hands-on work with users, devices, and access
• Advanced troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and networks (VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Strong administrative experience with SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack
• Hands-on experience building automations in n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate administrative tasks
• Experience designing self-service processes or user-facing knowledge bases
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Willingness to work in the Warsaw office 3 days a week

Nice to have:

• Experience with LLM-based workflows or AI agents
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM)
• Advanced skills in Python or JavaScript
• Experience measuring the impact of automations
• Experience building AI workflows, prompts, or reusable automations

• Own complex L2 issues across hardware, software, and networks as the team's escalation point
• Step in on L1 requests as backup when needed, staying hands-on in everyday support
• Design and build automations and integrations using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and scripting
• Automate provisioning and de-provisioning for onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Analyze support trends to find root causes and create self-service or automated solutions
• Explore practical AI use cases to enhance automations
• Administer and secure SaaS applications, including accounts, licenses, and permissions
• Advise teammates on technical issues and share knowledge through runbooks and documentation
