Business Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development across technology consulting, software creation, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Senior-level experience in business analysis, especially related to banking products.
• Practical experience analyzing native mobile application solutions in banking.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques including requirement gathering, analysis, and refinement.
• Experience creating documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder consultations.
• Experience verifying solutions, including functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Familiarity with tools supporting requirement analysis and documentation such as Jira and Confluence.
• Basic technical knowledge of API, system architecture, and databases.
• Experience collaborating with development teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Skilled in analyzing dependencies and identifying ambiguities in requirements.
• Self-reliant, communicative, able to operate in complex project and product environments.
• Attention to detail, quality documentation, and project knowledge continuity.

Nice to have:

• Experience in development of savings or deposit products.
• Knowledge of bank account handling and product application processes.
• Experience in initiatives covering both mobile applications and internet banking.

• Perform business analysis for banking product development with emphasis on savings accounts.
• Identify, collect, and analyze business requirements via workshops, interviews, and stakeholder consultations.
• Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements for banking systems, mobile applications, and transactional services.
• Analyze and specify requirements for native mobile application solutions.
• Verify compliance of designed and implemented solutions with business and technical requirements.
• Participate in functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with development teams and IT units on product initiatives.
• Support Product Managers in communication with IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Analyze dependencies between business requirements, system architecture, API integrations, and data.
• Prepare and update project and product documentation.
• Document decisions, change contexts, and agreements to ensure knowledge continuity.
• Cooperate with multiple IT teams and Product Managers on parallel initiatives.
• Deliver services in a hybrid model with 2–3 days per month onsite in Łódź office and remote work otherwise.
