Fullstack(Java) Developer&Analyst [K/M]

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Analyst in a project team.
• Experience modeling processes and requirements using UML and User Story Mapping.
• Ability to document business and system requirements (e.g., BPMN).
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and decompose requirements to system change specifications.
• Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
• Proficient knowledge of Angular with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Java or Kotlin with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate with at least 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Git and Maven.

Nice to have:

• English language skills at B1/B2 level.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Functional Programming and Object-Oriented Programming paradigms.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch.
• Ability to design and scale applications.
• Familiarity with tools for performance diagnostics and application monitoring.

• Analyze business and technical requirements, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and potential improvements.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business representatives to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Gather, document, and decompose business requirements to the level of system changes.
• Model business and system processes.
• Perform integration and regression testing.
• Verify data accuracy and system functionality using SQL.
• Participate in analyzing and designing functional and technical changes.
