Wymagania
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience with advanced commercial use of C++
- Strong knowledge of C++17/20, including STL, memory management, smart pointers, and RAII
- Experience with real-time systems and multithreading, focusing on responsiveness, synchronization, and system stability
- Skills in performance optimization, analyzing bottlenecks, memory use, latency, and system improvements
- Practical experience with Linux, Windows, and build tools like CMake
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews in large codebases
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher for effective communication in an international R&D team
Nice to have:
- Experience in the energy sector or industrial automation involving SCADA, RTU, IED, or power grid monitoring/control
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, OPC UA, IEEE C37.118
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Obowiązki
- Develop existing software and implement new functionalities in C++17/20
- Design and develop real-time components involving multithreading, synchronization, and I/O communication
- Analyze and optimize system performance focusing on latency, memory usage, and concurrency issues
- Modernize and refactor existing code and participate in architecting new functionalities
- Create unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews to ensure quality and stability
- Develop and maintain software on Linux and Windows, manage application build processes
- Analyze technical issues and troubleshoot defects in the developed system
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and other technical teams for requirements analysis and solution design
