Wymagania
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in PHP and Symfony
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems
- Solid knowledge of relational databases
- Experience designing APIs and integrating with third-party systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, as both user and engineer building AI-driven solutions
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Continuous learning habit and team-player mindset
Obowiązki
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from refinement to production, including engineering decisions on larger topics
- Design and build entire applications, partnering with architects to ensure scalability, reliability, and usability of Marketplace products
- Work with business stakeholders to define requirements, plan milestones, and iterate on features based on performance
- Contribute to technical and architectural standards across the company
- Mentor teammates and participate in hiring processes
- Work with a broad technology stack including PHP, SQL databases, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, SQS, Kubernetes, and AWS
