Technical Support with Chinese (B1)

• Minimum 3 years experience in business operation and maintenance.
• Familiar with basic Linux commands; able to check system logs, processes, and ports.
• Understand HTTP and fundamental concepts of interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of databases, preferably MySQL, capable of writing simple SQL queries.
• Prior experience in operation and maintenance for business systems, call centers, CRM, or business platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with basic monitoring tools.
• Strong business comprehension and good communication with business users.
• Clear logical thinking, rigorous working style, and good documentation habits.
• Able to record fault handling processes and contribute to knowledge base.
• Accept on-call emergency response for business incidents.
• Conversational proficiency in Chinese (minimum B1) and English (minimum B2).

• Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of business application systems including system inspection, service monitoring, and alert handling.
• Detect system anomalies, troubleshoot basic faults, and escalate issues promptly.
• Provide daily business support and answer questions about basic system functions.
• Assist in version release, environment deployment, and configuration updates according to change management processes.
• Review logs and assist in locating application errors and interface exceptions.
• Cooperate with development team to troubleshoot business-side faults until resolution.
• Perform data backup and verify availability of backup files regularly.
• Maintain business system ledgers, operation & maintenance manuals, and fault knowledge base.
• Help ensure stable operation by documenting common issues and participating in system drills and data verification.
• Liaise with business, development, and test teams to synchronize system operation status and collect business requirement feedback.

The services are to be provided locally in Poland to operate and maintain an intelligent customer service system in Frankfurt, Germany. The contract term is five years, and personnel numbers may adjust according to project requirements. Personal data is processed under Polish law for recruitment purposes with given rights.
