Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience working in agile teams using Scrum
- Independence and effective communication with both business and technical stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining documentation of processes and solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, especially related to data storage and processing
- Practical experience with big data processing tools like Apache Spark and Databricks
- Experience with ETL solutions and their daily usage
- Proficient knowledge of SQL and NoSQL languages
- Experience in designing and administering databases, including query performance optimization
- Experience optimizing and automating data flows
- Ability to automate data processes, monitor operations, and troubleshoot problems with data security compliance
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, especially CI/CD, supporting efficient change deployments in data processes
- Ability to use Git version control systems
- Collaboration with CRM area and support for business analysis related to identifying and eliminating data processing errors
- English language skills at minimum B2 level
Nice to have:
- Experience in the banking sector or other KNF-regulated industries
- Cloud or analytics certifications related to data, particularly in Microsoft Azure environment
- Programming skills in Python or other languages used for data processing
Obowiązki
- Participating in projects deploying new sales and service campaigns
- Maintaining and developing DataOps processes for Adobe Experience Platform
- Monitoring batch and real-time data flows and supervising performance
- Ensuring data quality, completeness, and consistency used in marketing campaigns and CRM processes
- Diagnosing errors and resolving data integration incidents
- Supporting production deployments and CI/CD processes for data solutions
- Configuring monitoring and alerting for integration processes
- Collaborating with Data Engineering, DevOps, Architecture, CRM teams, and Product Owner
- Participating in technical, integration, and performance testing
- Creating and optimizing complex SQL queries and implementing data transformations
- Supervising data flow between source systems, Azure, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, Teradata, and Adobe Experience Platform
- Preparing root cause analyses and recommending corrective actions
