MS Power Platform Expert

Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party for a role with a global client from the banking industry. The position involves working on the client's Self Service Portal ecosystem, building solutions in BMC Digital Workplace, Power Apps and Power Automate. The work locations are Warsaw (preferred) or Gdańsk, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in the office.

• Experience as a Service Developer or in a similar role
• Experience with BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience building services, workflows, and automations with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Proven experience designing, building, and supporting API integrations
• Strong SQL, database design, and data modelling skills
• Experience maintaining databases and owning data-related solutions
• Understanding of data ownership, data governance, and data quality
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Active Directory, IIQ, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• Experience with enterprise workflow and automation platforms

• Own the end-to-end service architecture, workflows, and integrations supporting the Self Service Portal ecosystem
• Analyse business needs and translate them into practical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain services, workflows, and automations in BMC Digital Workplace, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Design, build, and maintain API integrations between systems
• Create, maintain, and support databases used by services, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance
• Create and maintain workflows, forms, and service processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders, service owners, and platform teams
• Support incident resolution, testing, and continuous improvement

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
