Fullstack Developer (Java/Angular)(K/M)

• At least 7 years of commercial experience in designing and developing applications using Java and Angular.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and extending unit and integration tests for Java applications.
• Practical knowledge of testing frameworks in the Java ecosystem such as JUnit and Cucumber.
• Commercial experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience with data access layers using JPA and Hibernate.
• Experience in backend service/application development using Java.
• Teamwork experience using Git, including working with branches, pull/merge requests, and code reviews.
• Skills in creating and optimizing SQL queries for relational databases.
• Experience working with XML, YAML, and JSON formats in configuration and application development.
• Practical experience using AI-based development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex.
• Experience implementing or modifying code with AI agents, including task delegation, code verification, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to assess quality, correctness, and security of AI-generated code.
• Experience in frontend development with Angular, using TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Communication skills for explaining proposed changes and their organizational impact to business users.
• Experience in analyzing and solving technical problems and justifying proposed solutions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and communicate project schedule impacts.
• Capability to present technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience preparing project reports covering progress, risks, and issues.
• Skills in coordinating project activities, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
• Very good command of English, enabling participation in meetings, requirements discussions, documentation, and reporting.

• Support and enhance existing microservices-based solutions across various business areas.
• Prepare and execute unit, integration, system, and performance tests.
• Work with business users during acceptance testing and support solution delivery.
• Create technical documentation, reports, and manage application changes and lifecycle.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate within an international project team.
• Plan and coordinate application releases ensuring high quality of delivered solutions.
• Identify project risks, coordinate change-related activities, and support implementation of new practices and improvements.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
