BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. is a universal bank active in Poland, part of the global BNP Paribas banking group present in 64 countries. The bank serves retail clients, Wealth Management, micro-enterprises, SMEs, and corporate banking sectors. The tested team develops internal and external IT systems for the Custody Services area, focusing on maintenance and development of IT solutions for internal clients.

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar IT testing role.
• Knowledge of test design techniques and software development life cycle.
• Ability to create clear test documentation (test cases, scenarios, defect reports).
• Practical experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Basic knowledge of REST API testing tools like Postman.
• Analytical thinking, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Communication skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum team.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (for documentation and team communication).
• Basic SQL knowledge for writing simple database queries.

Nice to have:

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Willingness to develop test automation skills (basics of Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Selenium).

• Analyze business and functional requirements for testability.
• Create, update, and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Report, prioritize, and monitor system defects using a tracking tool such as Jira.
• Conduct functional, regression, retests, and usability tests.
• Collaborate closely with developers to quickly resolve detected issues.
• Prepare test execution reports and application quality status.
• Support and coordinate change implementation processes.
